I’m committed to making it easy for you to understand what I do with your data. This privacy policy is an overview over what data I collect, why I collect and process it and what choices you have to control what you share. I'd also like to inform you what legal rights you have in regards to your personal data, as well as who to contact about enforcing those rights.
This privacy policy might change from time to time, and in this case I will notify you by changing the “Last Updated” date in the beginning of the document.
I collect the following categories of data when you use the product.
Product usage
e.g. how often you open the app, how often you use various game features and time spent on each level. I collect this information because I can use it to improve the game and provide a better user experience. The lawful basis for data collection is my legitimate interest in improving the game.
Data collected may be linked to you through the Google Advertising ID. Google Advertising ID can be disabled on your device.
I use Amplitude (a third party service provider) to process collected data. The privacy policy of Amplitude is not included in this privacy policy and I recommend that you familiarize yourself with their privacy policy on their website.

I will process and answer your requests without undue delay and in any event within one
month of our receipt of the request unless a longer period is required due to the
complexity of the request.
Right of access
You have the right to see what data is held about you.
Right to rectification
You have the right to have your data corrected or amended if what is held is incorrect in some way.
Right to erasure
Under certain circumstances you have the right for your personal data to be deleted, i.e. to be forgotten. This would apply if the personal data is no longer required for the purposes it was collected for, or your consent for the processing of that data has been withdrawn, or the personal data has been unlawfully processed.
Right to restriction
You have the right to ask for a temporary halt to processing of personal data, such as in the case where a dispute or legal case has to be concluded, or the data is being corrected.
Right to data portability
You have the right to ask for and receive any data supplied directly to to me in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
Right to object
You have the right to object to further processing of your data which is inconsistent with the primary purpose for which it was collected, including profiling, automation, and direct marketing.
Right to complain
You have the right to file a complaint with the national data protection authority in your country.
